Emerging from a successful career in the Fashion Industry, Janice bridges the gap between understanding abstract trends, and harnessing them in meaningful ways that add “wow-factor”. Whether she is supplying the perfect performance for your stage, sourcing the right products for your swag bag, or booking the perfect artist to create Instagram-worthy pictures that can be shared, Janice goes above-and-beyond to deliver experiences of the highest caliber. That is why she is the go-to source for ideas for both small & big brand event planners, marketers, independent planners, event professional’s and producers in Canada and the US.

As an editor at large for some of the industry’s top publications and a keynote speaker at many industry conferences her passion and understanding of the industry makes her a leader to follow.

She is the current chair of the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) at Seneca’s event design and management post graduate program as well as a member PAC for the Event Marketing – Sports, Entertainment & Arts post-graduate program at Seneca.  She is known to be charitable within the industry at large and is a proud member of ILEA, MPI & Tourism Toronto. She is the first and only Canadian to be given honorable mention on the US Hot List for innovative ideas, 3 years in a row and has earned awards for both leadership and as an ambassador to the event industry. Janice also consults within the industry on new ideas and trends.

Daring and creative Hailey O’Bright is bursting with original ideas. This huntress brings vision and an eye for detail to her position as Account Director at The Idea Hunter. Hailey possesses strong marketing skills after working for large global brands such as PepsiCo. and General Mills. This experience has sharpened her decisive, and strategic mind, which executes all projects with professionalism and polish. As one of the Globe and Mails Young Marketers Under 30, Hailey has proven that age has no bearing on business acumen or the ability to deliver big projects on time and within scope.

Hailey’s exclusive skill-set allows her to manage the minute details of an event while never losing sight of the larger goal of the experience, whether that is brand awareness, sales, research or other strategic objectives. She is passionate about the success of her clients’ events and works tirelessly to bring their vision to life while providing a high return on investment.
